Hanna Hayes Hart

Born in Spring, TX, from a long line of Aggies, Hanna graduated TAMU in 2000. With a passion for helping others and a future career in sales, she started her MBA while working in Dallas. She received an honored Fellowship towards the TAMU PhD program and returned to Aggieland in 2002. Armed with a little experience and a lot of knowledge, her adventure began in 2004 in Las Vegas, NV selling Resort Property for Centex Destination Properties. Success and a love for snow created a charge within CDP to relocate Hanna to New Hampshire, as the first female sales executive in the North Atlantic division. Another successful development under her belt, a transfer to Asheville, North rounded out Hanna’s career with CDP.
In 2010 Hanna returned to Aggieland to complete her PhD and joined the Traditions Real Estate Group. Hanna spent the next few years selling Aggieland’s hottest golf course community, Traditions Club, all the while, meeting her golf pro husband, Thomas Hart, and completing her PhD (2012). Hanna & Thomas have 2 maroon-blooded boys. This a young family has created multiple businesses including Hart Home Design & Management, White Elm Days Spa, and of course, Hanna has been one of the top Real Estate Agents in the Brazos Valley. She looks forward to joining the GreenPrint Real Estate Group and expanding her love of building, buying & selling, and living in Aggieland!
